Refund Window

You may request a refund within 10 days of your purchase date. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your credits must remain unused — if a significant portion of your purchased credits have already been consumed for AI video or image generation, the refund request may be denied or partially adjusted.
  • Subscription plans that have been actively used beyond the initial purchase are not eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@pvid.app with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your reason for requesting the refund
  • The date of purchase

Processing

  • We will review your request within 5 business days of receiving it.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have already been consumed for video or image generation
  • Subscription time that has already elapsed
  • Promotional or bonus credits received for free
